Our Process The stirrups and designs are built using high tolerance water jet technology. They are then formed into stirrups using a high tolerance CNC bending system, so that the product is well balanced and consistent. At the connection point, the ½” aluminum pins are welded in for added stability and looks. Now that the stirrrup is cut, formed, and welded up – we add the finishing touch of high gloss powder coating, available in a variety of colors and designs. |
